'UpdateAnimation' Problem

We are aware of this problem but are still trying to find a consistent solution.

Please be sure you have the latest video drivers.

Some people have also had success with turning on AntiAliasing. You can do this by following these steps:

1. Right-click on your desktop and click on Properties.

2. Click on the Settings tab.

3. Click on the Advanced... button

4. The details from this point on depend on which video card you have, which driver you have, and so on, so it's hard to be exact about it.

5. Look for DirectX options or your video card's options. Look everywhere for an "AntiAliasing" setting. When you find it, if it's on, turn it off, and if it's off, turn it on.

6. Click OK a lot until you're back at the desktop.

Now try the game and see if that helped. If not, go back right away and change the setting back to what it was. The report the problem to us, letting us know what you tried, and we'll see what we can figure out.
