POSTAL 2 Patches

The 1409 patch contains the following changes:
• Awesome new "Red Light" map for SNATCH games! You're welcome.
• Explosive and splash damage now follows the same friendly fire rules that everything else followed.
• You now get credit for the kill if you blow up grenades by shooting them.
• Same as above now applies to rockets -- you get the kills when you cause the explosions.
• Kicking ricocheting scissors that are flying through the air will now give you the kill if they hit anyone, and they will no longer hurt you once you kick them.
• TeamSay messages are now green with (Team) right after your name.
• Added customizable "Say" and "TeamSay" messages so it's easier to communicate in the heat of battle.
• Added customizable "empty messages" that are sent whenever you use "Say" or "TeamSay" without typing a message.
• The default irc channel has been changed from 'irc.gamesnet.net' to 'irc.gamesurge.net'.
• Fixed problem where Projectors could not be turned on/off on Performance menu.
• Fixed "Health Pipe Cheat".
• Fixed "Can't drop weapons" bug (only occurred on servers that had the "Health Pipe" hotfix installed).

The 1409 patch also contains the 1408 patch changes:
• Eliminated potential god-mode cheat in multiplayer.
• Fixed "Snatch" and "Grab" server lists so the servers show up now.
• Fixed "stuck dead forever" bug when 'K' then 'Fire' are pressed quickly.
• Fixed collision problem that affected one of Gary Coleman's animations.
• Fixed karma-related dedicated-server crash (Linux version only).
• Changed "Say" and "Team Say" messages to yellow for easier reading.
• Added "Game Type" column to show each server's game type.
• Added "Password" column to show which servers require passwords.
• Added current server name to top of Scoreboard.
• Changed server lists to sort by number of players.
• Cleaned up map names for those using GameSpy Arcade.
